The Cycle to Work scheme is a government-backed program that helps employees buy bikes and accessories for work.

It’s a salary sacrifice scheme, which means employees give up part of their pre-tax salary to pay for the equipment.

Using this scheme will save up to 42% on buying wheels from us (depending on the rate of tax you pay).

The scheme we use is The Green Commute Initiative (GCI), a social enterprise with the aim of getting more people on bikes. To use the scheme this is a summary of the process:

  1. get a quote from us for the wheels you want; either use the online wheel builders or ask for a quotation
  2. fill out an online form based on our quotation (here https://www.greencommuteinitiative.uk/instant-quotes/ )
  3. take the proforma invoice generated by that form to your employer
  4. sign agreement which will prompt a voucher to be sent to you
  5. send us the voucher
  6. we send you wheels…..
